Return and Refund Policy

At Arté K-Beauty World, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our K-beauty products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning items.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once authorized, the return package must be shipped within 7 business days. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Return Categories

We offer the following return options based on the reason for the return:

Reason for Return Eligibility
Defective Items Return within 14 days.
Wrong Items Received Return within 14 days.
Change of Size or Color Eligible for fashion items only (excluding swimwear, innerwear, etc.). Return within 14 days.
Change of Mind Return within 14 days (subject to fees).

 

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  1. Opened or used beauty products.
  2. Clearance items, samples, or free gifts.
  3. Items returned without prior authorization.
  4. Items that show signs of use, wear, or intentional damage.
  5. Products that have caused allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and ingredients before making a purchase.

How to Make a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Contact us at info@arte888.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of the item). Please allow 3-5 business days for return authorization.

  2. Package the Items
    Include all original tags and packaging. Ensure the items are unused, unworn, and free of stains.

  3. Ship the Return
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items. Use a reliable shipping service with a tracking number. For defective or wrong items, return shipping will be reimbursed via store credit upon providing proof of shipping costs.

  4. Refund or Replacement
    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit or arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed via store credit or your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be packed and shipped within 7 business days of return authorization. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the return request.
  • Refunds for change of mind returns will be issued in the form of store credit only.
  • Items lost during return transit are not the responsibility of Arté K-Beauty World. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost when shipped via standard or registered mail.
  • Defective or wrong items will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued as store credit.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Returns must be sent to our designated return center at: Arté K-Beauty World Warehouse, 6444 Fifth Street, Alexandria VA 22312.
  2. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
  3. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  4. Arté K-Beauty World reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests or those that do not comply with this policy.
  5. In cases of disputes, Arté K-Beauty World’s decision will be final.
